Please contact us before returning any product. Eligibility depends on whether an item is standard inventory or made specifically for you.

Custom artwork

Because custom artwork is produced to an approved specification, it is generally not returnable for change of mind after the customer has approved the confirmation photos or video. This does not limit remedies available for verified damage, an incorrect item or a material failure to match the agreed specification.

Damaged delivery

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
