Shipping & Delivery

Custom hand-painted artwork is generally produced and dispatched from our China production network. We do not currently describe these commissioned pieces as U.S. stock.

Production and transit

Typical custom production is 3–7 days. Estimated transit time and shipping cost are confirmed before payment because they vary by size, packaging method and destination. Small works are normally protected in reinforced cartons; selected large works may require wooden-crate protection.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays or remote-area service.
