FAQ
Depending on the artwork and production method, commissions may include size, orientation, selected palette/tone shifts, texture direction, selected composition adjustments, framing preference where offered, and related work guided by an HTHA artwork, lookbook mood or room photo. Availability is confirmed before quoting — not everything can be customized on every piece.
We do not promise unlimited redesign, exact textile/paint colour matching, pixel-perfect copies, or effects that the medium and composition cannot support. Extreme sizes, unsupported materials or frames, and copying another artist’s copyrighted work are declined. Feasibility is confirmed in writing with the quote.
A room photo, wall width and height, furniture width, preferred artwork link or visual direction, preferred size, colour direction, destination country / ZIP and any deadline. Use the Custom Painting request form to send these together.
Often yes — for example a different size, selected palette shift or related composition where the design allows. Send the product link and your preferred changes; we confirm suitability before quoting.
Clear visual direction from an HTHA artwork, lookbook mood, room photo or moodboard can start a related hand-painted piece. Fully open-ended briefs are reviewed case by case for fit with our studio practice.
FAQ
Often yes, where the composition allows. Send the artwork link and preferred dimensions — we confirm suitability before quoting.
Selected palette adjustments are possible within the same visual direction. Exact colour matching to finishes or textiles is reviewed case by case and is not guaranteed.
Quieter or more pronounced texture, and horizontal / vertical / square orientation, may be possible when the design and medium support it. These choices are confirmed in the quote scope.
Ready to Ship pieces are catalog artworks marked for fulfillment without made-to-order production. Custom painting is planned against your brief, quoted, and painted after approval — timelines and return rules differ.
FAQ
Yes. A wall photo, furniture width and a colour preference are among the most useful starting points. You may also share inspiration images for style or palette direction.
Use the clearest, highest-resolution image available. Avoid heavily compressed screenshots where possible. There is no fixed DPI rule on this page.
Yes — multiple images can help with style, colour or composition direction. References guide the project; they do not mean exact replication.
No. Submit only images you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise authorized to share. We will not reproduce another artist’s copyrighted painting as a replica.
Hand-painted work includes natural variation in brushwork, texture and tone. References guide the result and should not be treated as pixel-perfect reproduction.
FAQ
Yes, large and uncommon proportions are reviewed case by case based on artwork, framing, shipping and production. There is no invented maximum size on this page. Use the Size Guide for wall planning, then confirm dimensions in your enquiry.
Measure wall width and height, and note furniture width for pieces above sofas or beds. The Size Guide explains proportion guidelines without replacing a product-specific quote.
Framing preference can be discussed where options are offered for the commission. Framing is quoted with the project when available — it is not assumed to be included. See the Frame Guide for framed vs unframed presentation.
Often yes for stretched canvas commissions, depending on the agreed presentation. Confirm framed or unframed in the quote so packing and outer dimensions stay accurate.
FAQ
Quotes reflect size, composition complexity, texture, framing and shipping destination, plus any special requirements. Nothing is painted until scope and price are approved.
Larger canvases, denser detail, heavy texture, framing and international packing change materials, studio time and logistics. Oversized and project-specific work is quoted individually.
Payment timing is confirmed with your quote. This page does not publish a fixed deposit percentage — follow the written commission terms for your project.
FAQ
Lead time is given with the quote and typically includes painting, drying, review and packing. Oil needs time to settle before shipping. Timelines depend on size, complexity and current studio workload — we do not publish a fixed day count here.
Where agreed with the quote, we share pre-shipment photos of the finished work. Photo review is part of the confirmed process for that commission — not an automatic promise for every order.
Size, palette and scope are locked for production as agreed. The painting is created by hand, reviewed, then packed for shipment according to size and destination.
FAQ
Minor adjustments within the agreed scope may be possible. Larger changes are reviewed against the original quote and may require a revised agreement. Revision boundaries are set when the commission is approved.
Once size, composition and palette are confirmed and painting has begun, major redesigns are limited. Contact us promptly; any change is confirmed in writing and may affect timeline and price.
This page does not invent a fixed free-revision count. The written quote defines what is included for your commission.
FAQ
The finished work is checked, protected and prepared according to size, framing and destination. See Shipping & Delivery for general packing and delivery guidance; your quote covers project-specific logistics.
Keep packaging, photograph the outer package and artwork, then contact support with your order details. Steps are outlined on Returns & Refunds — that page does not automatically promise a refund or remake.
FAQ
Custom size, palette or related commissioned work is planned against your brief and reviewed case by case. Do not assume a standard return applies — see Returns & Refunds and contact after-sales with your order details.
If painting has not begun, contact us promptly. Outcomes depend on what was already approved and any payments under the written quote. Nothing is painted until the commission is approved.
FAQ
Yes. Share wall counts, sizes and schedule needs via the custom form, or start from Interior Designers, Hospitality Art or Commercial Art for project enquiry workflows.
No. Project pricing and any quantity terms are confirmed during the quote for your scope — not as fixed public rates on this FAQ.
FAQ
Use light dry dusting and avoid water or household cleaners on painted or textured surfaces unless a product note says otherwise. See the Care Guide for cleaning, sunlight and storage, and the Hanging Guide for installation planning.
For order-specific questions, contact support with your brief or order number. For a new commission, use the Custom Painting form.
