About These Terms
These Terms apply to use of the HTHA website and related services, including browsing, ordering hand-painted artwork, creating an account, and submitting Contact, Custom Painting or project / trade requests.

Using the Website
You may use the HTHA website to:
- Browse products, collections, guides and lookbooks.
- Place orders through WooCommerce checkout.
- Create and manage a customer account where My Account is available.
- Submit Contact or Custom Painting enquiries.
- Submit project or trade enquiries through Trade, Interior Designers, Hospitality, Commercial and related project forms.
- Save wishlist and recently viewed artworks as offered on the site.
- Compare artworks in your browser using the on-site compare tray (stored in localStorage, not as a server-side customer profile).
You must not abuse the site, attempt fraud, interfere with site operation, or scrape content at a harmful scale.
Eligibility & Accounts

HTHA sells original artwork through an adult-oriented online store. The exact minimum age and eligibility rules require legal confirmation for target markets.
If you create a My Account login, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential, providing accurate details, and telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Product Information
Product pages may show descriptions, dimensions, materials, framing options, images and availability. We aim for accurate information, but displays, lighting and screen settings can affect how colour and texture appear.
Availability and options can change. If something cannot be fulfilled as ordered, HTHA will contact you about next steps.
Hand-Painted Variation
Because HTHA artwork is hand-painted, minor differences in brushwork, texture, paint application and detail may occur between pieces and compared with website photographs.
Natural hand-painted variation is expected and is not the same as a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or a fulfilment error. Issues that may qualify for after-sales review are described on the Returns & Refunds page.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are shown in USD unless a product page or checkout states otherwise. The amount charged is the total confirmed at checkout for your order.
Promotions, taxes and shipping charges (where applicable) are calculated according to the cart and checkout configuration active when you place the order.

Orders & Acceptance
When you submit a checkout order, WooCommerce records the order and you typically receive an order confirmation email. That confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order request.

The exact moment a binding contract is formed (for example payment authorization versus studio acceptance or production start) requires legal confirmation.

Whether a standard, made-to-order or custom order can be changed or cancelled depends on production and packing status. Contact Order Support as early as possible with your order number — fixed “24-hour cancellation” promises are not published here unless confirmed.
Payment
Currently enabled payment methods at checkout include: Direct bank transfer, Cash on delivery.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers selected at checkout. This site is not designed to store full payment card numbers in WordPress.
Made-to-Order Products
Many HTHA artworks are made to order: a listed piece is painted after purchase according to the size and finish options you select. Production timing is shown on the product page where available and can vary with drying, inspection and packing.
Made-to-order listed sizes are different from Custom Painting commissions (size, palette or related composition made to your brief). Hand-painted variation applies to both.
Custom Painting
Custom Painting requests may include size changes, colour direction, room photos, references and related compositions. Nothing is painted until scope and price are confirmed with you.
HTHA creates related original hand-painted works. We do not reproduce another artist’s copyrighted painting as a replica.
Custom painting acceptance / deposit / revision rules — REQUIRES LEGAL / BUSINESS CONFIRMATION
Deposit, revision limits and cancellation for commissions require business / legal confirmation before publishing firm promises.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchase and redemption are not fully enabled on this site yet. When a gift card checkout flow is connected, purchase and use rules will be described on the Gift Cards page and must align with these Terms.
Gift card expiration, balance and refund rules — REQUIRES LEGAL / BUSINESS CONFIRMATION
Shipping & Delivery
Processing, packing, tracking, international delivery and oversized artwork are described on the Shipping & Delivery page. Those details form part of how orders are fulfilled and should be read with these Terms.
Returns & Refunds
After-sales requests, damage reports, refunds and custom-order reviews are described on the Returns & Refunds page. Statutory rights that apply in your location are not limited by a summary on this page.

Whether prices include taxes, and who pays import duties or customs charges for international deliveries, depends on destination and checkout configuration. Confirm current practice with HTHA before ordering if import charges matter for your purchase.
Intellectual Property
Website content, product images, text, branding and artwork depictions on HTHA are protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a painting does not transfer copyright in the composition or website materials unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially reuse HTHA site content without permission.

Any limited license for personal display of a purchased original, and ownership of custom-commission copyright, require legal confirmation.
User Content & Uploads
If you upload room photos, damage images, references, briefs or related files through Contact, Custom Painting or project / trade forms, you confirm you have the right to share them and that HTHA may use them to review your request and provide support.
Project / trade forms may also accept images or PDF briefs. Accepted files are stored in the WordPress media library for studio review.
User content license to HTHA — REQUIRES LEGAL / BUSINESS CONFIRMATION
The exact license scope for uploaded images and files (support use only versus broader marketing use) requires legal confirmation and must align with the Privacy Policy.
Personal data in submissions is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Reviews & Submissions
If you submit a review or other public feedback where that feature is enabled, you grant HTHA permission to display it in connection with the storefront. Content must be lawful, accurate to your experience, and free of abusive or infringing material.
HTHA may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third parties for payments, shipping carriers, email delivery and hosting. Where those services are used, they are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
