Marketing vs Order Emails
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages that are part of an order, account, or support request you made.

- Special offers when HTHA runs them
- Custom painting or project newsletters, if you opted in
You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
Transactional emails
- Order confirmation and payment receipts
- Shipping and order status updates
- Account security and password reset messages
- Gift card delivery and support replies you request
These relate to purchases, account security, gift card delivery, or support you request.
Preference Centre Status
HTHA does not currently run a live marketing newsletter signup or connected email preference engine on this website. This page is ready for that connection and explains how marketing and transactional emails differ.
We do not store a separate unsubscribe list in the theme. When a marketing platform is connected, preference changes will update that platform directly.
